recently i felt a strong desire to watch sailormoon again. ^^
so onto the website most likely to provide the actual video

and they're all either in foreign (non-japanese) dub
or my most hated: english dub!!! 0.o
where is the most standard jap dub and eng sub????
(if there isnt jap dub and chinese sub??)

i kinda gave up lookin for the OVA (aka the anime series)
there r 5 seasons to it
(NO WONDER new characters keep appearing and sailormoon keeps changing costumes)

so anyway, i gave up looking for these and decided to look for the movies instead.

Sailormoon S movie was nice
(jap dub eng sub of cos)
(Luna fell in love!! =))
Was lookin for Sailormoon R movie,
found one, in german (no sub) >.<

and then... i found one..
in horror of horrors, in english dub!
so i have to tolerate the change in names
such as Usagi to Serena, Mamoru to Darien.
not to mention the extremely excruciatingly horrible voice actors.
i cannot explain myself enough the huge difference in the japanese and english actors.
Luna sounds like some naggy mother instead of a cat.
It fits perfectly well when she said 'its tiring to babysit a bunch of wannabe scouts (its SOLDIERS! NOT SCOUTS!!)
Usagi sounds sooo.. British (no offence there lords and ladies)

oh well..certain stuff are just lost in translation.
(giving benefit of the doubt)

if only i can comprehend japanese fully..
then i won't have to struggle with broken up words like "minna (everyone), tsuki (moon) and hime (princess)" when i hear it as some cheesy phrase such as "everyone, let's put our powers together to protect the moon princess', <- thats what the english dub put it as >.<

watching something that i watched almost 10 years ago
(truthfully, this anime came out when i was around primary 1)
it brings back nostalgia,
and also the parts that i don't remember,
such as the amazing transformation parts,
(they still look amazing now)
and the bgm going 'sailormoon, sailormoon..'
and their very famous attack powers like
'sparkling wide presure (from sailor jupiter)'
'Venus love me chain!'
arghh.. maybe i would really like a set (or just the movie) of sailormoon (whichever season)
but pls.. jap dub only!
