So much can be said abt the Back to Basics concert!!
but i'll be evil and summarise it to 3 things:
- When she escalates, there was NO crack in her voice at all!!! every single note in every escalation was smooth and powerful!!
- I noticed that her backup dancers and singers were fleshy. But then again Christina Aguilera wasn't skin and bone either. And i prefer her this way. not like some chinese singers like *** and ***. i think that the people from the entertainment industry should take her by example. Stop starving the poor singers!!
- Her backup dancers and singers are full of life!! and they're so good, sometimes i felt my attention drawn towards the backup dancers instead of Christina Aguilera. But still Christina Aguilera is really pretty ^^ [n.b: i don't mind being her backup dancers. at least i don't need to worry about losing weight XD]
- The concert is real. as in, everything is real. no lip-synching, nothing. the very fact that Christina Aguilera herself went a little off key at some ending parts like 'oh mother' that makes her concert real. She's tired la, give her a break ya??? =))
But all in all, everything was spectacular!!

last night, i went out with my homos and mr matthew to vivocity.
it was supposed to be marche,
but we saw that it was too crowded XD
so we went to this place called 'modesto's'
and we took pictures!! XD

We all had a huge shock upon discovering mr matthew is married! 0.o

pizzeria al funghi.
its just mushroom pizza.
mushroom pastas and pizzas always never seem to go wrong.
but i don't need anyone to disprove me of that XD

smoked salmon pizza.
not too bad either.
i forgot to take the carbonara and mushroom spaghetti.
errmm.. its carbonara one plate and mushroom one plate.
first time i tried the classic carbonara that mandy's been raving about.
very good ^^
once again, you cant go wrong with mushrooms.
i learnt that from julie's nydc funghi spaghetti XD
the pasta is definitely more satisfying than the pizza XD
poor mr matthew. i hope he was full >.<
