today i came home from school at 5.30
i took a two hour nap.
i think that is the best decision i've made in the entire month.

i didn't get into the finals,
yeah i know, it was disappointing.
mainly because i know i could've done better =D
but you know what? i actually felt a little relieved.
i would LOVE to sing in the finals as a competitor,

but right now... i should work hard
and pull my algebra back to an A.
i'm being soooo negative that i won't do well for my mini test.
stop it. stop it.

i'm convinced that the food in my canteen are really edible.
Thank God. XD

here are the things i do in a typical school day:
(i really mean, on average what i do)

• go lecture/tutorial (that's given XD).
• eat in canteens.
• keep repeating over again "i want to dance"
• head to library if i need to print new notes.
• attempt to master the art of drinking grass jelly through a straw.
• eat some more. =p
• and (of course) rot in the canteen with my usual bunch of people.

i realised that i tend to have more guy friends than girl ones.
just so happened that the people i mix around with are guys,
the other girl in the group is attached
so she'll disappear at times XD

i mean, i have girlfriends too!
like good ol' huiming, biru, xuanhui etc. =D
but some girls i'm finding hard to come close
(because of "topic differences" XD)

i only realised the above-mentioned recently
because i was chatting with my guy friends.
and on two occasions, they were gossiping...
i mean, concerned about how this guy got attached to his girlfriend
and so on. =\
while listening to them and all,
i had a feeling as if i was a guy too. you know, like
"yeah, i'm listening to my brother talk about his girlfriend."
the girls in my social circle are less open about their personal lives.
so less chance to create deep friendships.

oh well, i'm glad that if i ever need my girlfriends,
apart from the ones in school,
i have my goody six-shoes manda and siti,
my cell group girls
(i.e joyful sarah, "k"-sitong and in full respect, elyn ^^)
and i forever know my family members are for me too =D
