got this off an email from my friend; so let's see what have i been guilty about. and by the way, cos the english translation is a little... yeah. i rephrased it as how the chinese phrases were.

Reduce your intake of milk tea
(i'm guilty of that whenever i'm in taiwan. i can't help it, milk tea is fantastic over there!!!)

Do not eat bread which was JUST toasted
(not guilty. i don't even like toasted bread in the first place.)

Stay a distance from your charger
(guilty. i can't live without my phone =\)

白天多喝水,晚上少喝; Drink more water in the morning and less at night;
(not so guilty. i drink as and when i like... which is also factored by circumstances)

一天 不喝多于两杯咖啡; Do not drink coffee twice a day;
(not guilty. i hardly drink coffee.)

Reduce intake of oily food
(guilty. i'm a sucker for fattening, unhealthy food =3)

最佳睡眠为晚上十点至凌晨六点; the best sleeping time is from 10 at night to 6 at the morning.
(guilty. need i say anymore about my irregular sleeping times?)

Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
(guilty. then again, dinner has always been vegetables and vermicelli... so... >.>)

每天喝酒不多过一杯; Do not drink more than 1 cup of alcohol daily;
(okay guilty! >.<)

不用 冷水服胶囊; Do not take capsule with cool water;
(unedited sentence- they mean don't take pills with cold water)
(not guilty.... am i? *frown*)

Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
(not guilty.)

8 hours lack of sleep will make a person stupid (unedited again)
(not guilty. i never stayed up awake for more than 24 hours. i did power nap at camps, even if it meant 45 mins.)

People who has a habit of napping will not get old easily
(IS IT??? but i can't nap for nuts.)

If you can't get up in the early morning, running at 5-8pm is okay too.
(guilty. i haven't ran for a while)

When battery left last grid, do not answer the phone. The radiation is 1000 times
(unedited cos i don't care what they write anymore)
(guilty. but well, if that's true i'm a walking hazaard now.)

Answer the phone by left ear. It'll spoil your brain directly by using your right ear.
(man... the english... i mean, i switch sides? i don't know XD)

Do not use earphone for long time. Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour.
(GUILTY!!!!)

looks like i'm on the road to health armaggeddon.

i'm soooo in love with martin leung! XD
he's the 'video game pianist', or the 'blindfolded pianist'.
he's supposedly one of the few people who shocked musicians
by playing blindfolded, or playing backwards.
oh yeah, and he plays songs only from video games (i heard)

but yeah, this is him playing the super mario theme blindfolded.
after that he took off his blindfold and continued.
yeah it's here; but well,
you can just go watch the front part where he's blindfolded la XD
if you wanna be shocked (or if you've played super mario)
i urge you to sit through the 10 mins...
especially when he goes bonkers at 9:15 mins.
oh my.... i love him for bringing back memories =)

i found him cos i wanted to listen to the zelda theme.
and there i found him playing the first few notes backwards
and it's here!!! XD

sooo cool! he looks soo geeky, but kyahhh so cool!! XD

yeap. =) as i'm typing i'm still listening to him playing super mario.
i miss nintendo and good old mario.

Words of the *~PaRaNoId QuEEn~*
everything to the hands of God! =)
