when zhongru and i walked up the dingy staircase,
he turned to me and said something along the lines of me putting all of these into my blog.
so yeah, i figured why not?
so here i am, blogging about my very first recording session in a studio.

twas fun, though i has quite a nasty shock when i found out that the song i've been trying to get at from youtube wasn't quite what the real song goes.
so it was pretty much like relearning a new song today.

but okay... i barely scraped it through.
it was fun, that's for sure =)

or (i affectionately call him) marshmallow owner still XD
though he kept saying he'll turn into the mean producer if i don't buck up,
i was grateful (and relieved) that he was really tolerant (if not patient) with my mistakes.

tada! i look really amused for some reason XD

my friend and i smsed each other till quite late last night.
he was reading a book and i was playing the ps2 =P
he stopped replying and i figured that he fell asleep.

the next morning, he smsed this:
'keisha cole's song (revised): last night, i dozed off reading my book.
when i woke up, the book's still in my hands.
now i'm sitting here, with this blank expression.
watching cartoons, oh gurl im like a child.'

wow, changing lyrics to fit situations ehh
(in case you don't know, that song is called 'last night')

so i replied: 'this is what happened to me last night to the tune of 'lemon tree':
was lying there in my mom's bedroom.
it's 2am and you have not yet replied.
i'm wasting my time though got so much to do.
i'm hanging around just waiting for tune (sms tune =P)
but nothing ever happened, and i wonder.'

the wonders you create when the creativity bug bites you =D

i have lots of other things to do =D
... so i pray for strength.

there. now with those thoughts in mind,
i sing it with more emotions.

enxian was sooo sweet.
he asked if i will be okay and even said that if i really needed company i can sms him =)
... i think my heart just melted.
he caught me in that moment of weakness.
